Pomaze bog

Postovani prijatelji,
Evo sta kaze gospodin John Hayles, Editor ćroflight – The Aviation Enthusiasts Website:
Yes, I fully agree that the proud history of Serbian Aviation should be covered properly on my website.
The website started off covering just the current aircraft inventory and order of battle or each country, but in the last couple of years this has been expanded to cover the complete aviation history of the country from the beginning.
Since it takes me several months to do each country, I can only work on four or five countries each year. The greater the aviation history the longer it takes to research and write. Sometimes I get help from people who have information about a specific country, which speeds things up a lot. There are many countries still to be updated, and I haven’t reached Serbia yet.
The Serbia update would of course include a full history of it’s air arms, full details of all aircraft used since the early days, air bases used, orders of battle and the history of all flying units since the beginning, aircraft markings etc…
Perhaps, if you were interested in contributing to this project, I could make Serbia a top priority in the ‘to do’ list.
The ćroflight website receives an average of 34,000 hits per week at the moment, much more than virtually any other non-pilot orientated aviation website, so your work would be appreciated by a lot of readers (including Serbs, as I get a huge number of international visitors).
Please let me know what you think about this idea.

Evo sta kaze gospodin Jim Streckfuss:
I would certainly agree that something about the Serbian contribution to WWI aviation would be appropriate to have on our site. I suppose the problem has been that there hasn’t been anyone involved with the organization with sufficient knowledge of Serbian aviation to provide the information. That is, until now. With your permission, I would like to have our managing editor and the web master of our site (Al Roesler and Jeff Koppe) take a look at what you sent with an eye toward adapting the WWI portion of it for use on overthefront.com. I’ve copied both on this message so they can see what you had to write.
Thank you very much for the information on Serbian aviation. Jim Streckfuss
